Why a $1,500 audit instead of a free call?
A free call gets you a sales pitch. A $1,500 audit gets you a written report with real risks, real fixes, and a real next step — whether or not you work with me. If you do book a larger engagement, the $1,500 comes off the top.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Because hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed price aligns my incentives with yours: ship fast, ship right, get paid the same either way. You know exactly what you're paying before you sign anything.
What about timezone differences?
I work async-first. Loom updates, Notion docs, weekly calls. Whether you're in San Francisco, London, or Lagos, you get the same response time. No 3 AM Slack panic.
Can't I just use AI tools like Cursor or v0 myself?
For prototypes and demos, yes. For products that need to scale, handle real users, and survive due diligence — you need someone who knows what AI gets wrong. I use AI in my workflow. I just know which 10% of decisions it gets dangerously wrong.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. Equity is a separate conversation. I work for cash so I can stay objective and tell you the truth instead of protecting an investment.
What's your availability?
I take 2 active projects per month maximum. Currently 1 slot left for Q2 2026.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, for active engagements. I won't sign one just to hear your idea on a discovery call — but I will protect everything you share once we're working together.
